Spring is in the air which means so are our kites! Join us for “Flight Day at Dorothea Dix Park,” sponsored by the YMCA of the Triangle Y Guides and the City of Raleigh on Saturday, March 16.

Bring your kites or other homemade flying machines and rockets and spend time enjoying your friends, family, and Y Guides tribe in the beautiful outdoors.

Y Guides participants qualify for early entry to the event at 1:00 pm. The public is welcome from 2:00-4:00 pm. There will be food trucks, kite vendors, and some of your favorite Y Guides and YMCA of the Triangle staff!

Please register if you plan to attend this event. Having a count of how many people to expect helps us plan and we can contact you in the event of inclement weather.
