Fuse your foundation moves with more advanced training techniques. This week, we’ll integrate more fab ab core training moves with foundation moves like squats, lunges, pushes, pulls and planks . Peppering in our quick paced cardio drills will be sure to make for one salty, sweaty workout!

Bring a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the class location.
Registration is required as limited spaces exist. In case of inclement weather, the organizer will email all registered participants.
