For the last week of the season, get your fitness on with HIIT + Strength with Raleigh Group Fitness Ambassador, Conner Traywick. You can expect a full body workout with intervals to challenge your cardiovascular system. Come in athletic shoes ready to move and have fun!
Bring a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the class location.
Limited spaces available. Registration is required. In case of inclement weather, we will email all registered participants. This program is free to the public thanks to Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy donors.
