Get Fit at Dix Park with free Raleigh Group Fitness pop-up classes.

Tidal Movement with Brit Guerin - where yoga meets strength training. Raleigh Group Fitness and Current Wellness Co-Founder, Brit Guerin is bringing her signature movement class, Tidal Movement, to Dix Park. Come expecting a high energy, functional movement class where we will push, pull, squat, lunge, and more to support our everyday life. 

Bring a towel and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the class location.

Limited spaces available. Registration is required. In case of inclement weather, we will email all registered participants. This program is free to the public thanks to Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy donors.


Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
