Ask a Psychologist Panel: My Top Ten Tips About Mental Health
Three Licensed Psychologists will each share their top ten favorite tips about managing key elements related to mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Areas covered will include coping, communication, and resilience. Following brief presentations by Drs. Tonya Armstrong, Cynthia Sortisio, and Sandra Wartski, the panel will engage in Q&A with participants.
This program is proudly presented at Dix Park, which is the former site of Dorothea Dix Hospital, the first psychiatric hospital in North Carolina. The panel is made possible through volunteers with the Public Education Committee of the North Carolina Psychological Foundation which upholds the mission of sharing psychological science as a means of positively impacting the lives of the public.
This program is free to the public thanks to Dix Park Conservancy donors.

Registration: While free to attend, space is limited. Registration is required.
Registration opens 2 weeks in advance at 12:00 pm.

- Follow Signs towards The Chapel
- Parking is located in the lots next to and in front of the Chapel. ADA parking is available.

Chapel Entrance: Ramp and ADA push button activated door is located to the left of the front of the building.
Restrooms: Indoor accessible restrooms are available in the Chapel.
