Wake County Public Libraries invites you to attend this lecture event honoring Black History Month. City of Raleigh (COR) Museum Director, Ernest Dollar, explores the experiences of African Americans at Dix, which was a plantation long before it was the site of the Dorothea Dix Hospital.
