Know Before You Go:

Arrive Early: We expect a large crowd, so plan to arrive early to get a good view of the movie screen. The movie screen and sound system are big, but may not be big enough for everyone to have a perfect viewing and hearing experience. We’ll do our best!

Food and Restrooms:  Pack a picnic or purchase from the food trucks! They will begin serving about 7:30pm. While we encourage you to enjoy the food trucks, you may also bring your own food, drinks, beer and wine. Please be responsible! Bring a blanket or chairs to sit on, so that you don’t obstruct the view for others. A flashlight or a flashlight app on your cell phone may come in handy. There is no drinking water available at the park, and we only have port-a-johns available, so come prepared.

Dogs: Dogs are permitted, but please use your best judgment regarding whether your pooch will enjoy the show. We’re expecting a lot of people, so it could be crowded and loud. All dogs must be leashed, and please clean up after them!

Weather: If we need to postpone due to inclement weather, we will post on our Facebook page and on the Eventbrite.com page. It can get chilly at night, so dress in layers.

Parking:  See the map below. Parking is spread across the campus and you may not be able to park close to Flowers Field. Please carpool, rideshare or take a taxi if possible! Do not park in the grass – driving on tree roots damages the trees and we want to keep the 150 year old oaks around for as long as possible!
