New Location for 2025: Fountain Plaza at Gipson Play Plaza
Yoga is a practice of connection… connecting us to our more authentic selves and connecting people together into community. Join us for an open-level and vinyasa-based practice, with room for agency, reflection, and personal expression of the poses. Please arrive at 5:45am, and find a spot at the Fountain Plaza. We'll get started a little after 6:00 am.

Know Before You Go
- Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
- This program takes place outdoors. Dress for the weather.
- The minimum age is 12 years old and minors must by accompanied by an adult.
Restrooms and water are available in Gipson Play Plaza
If there is inclement weather, the event will be canceled and notice will be posted on dixpark.org and social media.

Dix Park continues to strive to be accessible and welcoming for visitors, including those with disabilities. Currently, portions of Dix Park, including some areas where programs and events occur, have uneven surfaces and are not fully accessible. Parking: ADA parking spaces for the Gipson Play Plaza are available in Lot G located off of Biggs Dr. ADA parking spaces are available in all lots.
Restrooms: Family-style restrooms are available at the public restroom building in the Gipson Play Plaza.
