    Virtual Wellness with Dix Park

    Gentle Yoga at home

    Free online classes for you to practice at home to benefit physical, mental and emotional well-being.

    With park programs postponed due to COVID-19 , Dorothea Dix Park is offering a series of free virtual wellness classes that folks can practice at home, in the backyard or even at the park (as long as you are also practicing social distancing).
